Pacnet customers have been recently targeted by hoax emails asking them to provide account information. The emails have appear to be sent from various Pacnet departments using the faked email addresses.

If you have received the hoax email, please delete the email as it has not been sent by Pacnet. Please note that our systems have not been compromised, this is a phishing email requesting account information – a practice that Pacnet will never undertake.
